Dorm's Bed
Carving to find a dorm with enough space to have a normal experience is a real pain for student specifically, not every student has the luxury to afford a dorm with a proper area. For example, foreign student when they leave their country mainly count on the scholarship.
Usually, the offered scholarship comes with the minimum accommodation area but Turkey had a different vision to offer for their scholarship program which is the right area with the right items to let the student live a pleasant experience.

Strategy
We began with dorm and foreign students research, we emphasized on understanding the experience that the student expecting to have when they arrive to the accommodation area, we settled the expectation, we understood the dreams they have, and what frustrate them the most.
We positioned the dorm experience to be fully matched with what a normal room would look – like, starting from the bed and ending with the studying desk.
Product Design
We began with user research and an audit of existing home resistance training offerings, and it uncovered some big challenges to solve: Resistance training (vs. other exercise options) is underrated. Resistance machines were intimidating and overwhelmingly mas
